  1. What size headstone should I order?

    A simple phone call to your cemetery will answer any questions you have before placing an order for a headstone. Below are the most important questions you should ask your cemetery: 

    – What headstone size do you require for my particular plot? 

    – Is there any paperwork I need to fill out and email/fax to you from my monument company?

    – Do you install the headstone, or does a local installer?

    -Are there any costs I need to pay before you receive my headstone?”

  1. Will my headstone's final appearance resemble the one I designed on your website? 

    After receiving your order, our graphic design team will create an layout proof and send it to you by email. It will resemble the project you worked on in our “Design Tool”. Before it goes into production, you must confirm that everything looks correct after receiving the proof via email. Simply reply to the email with your requests if you require any minor adjustments or revisions. We’ll make those adjustments for you and send you a second draft to review. It’s that easy.  

  1. How soon will I get my headstone?

    Most orders ship within 2 weeks after your order is paid for and your approval of the layout we emailed to you. You heard right, we ship faster than ANYONE else and there is no extra charge for this. Please keep in mind under no circumstance do we guarantee a shipment date or delivery date, no exceptions. We also offer RUSH processing for 1 week production at an extra cost plus any extra fees for expedited delivery.  

  2. What are you headstones made of?

             We make every single headstone from 100% pure quality granite. We never use marble or any                   other material that degrades over time. All of our granite headstones are guaranteed for life. That                  includes the color, the laser engraved photos and sand blasted lettering and artwork. We use                      both DOMESTIC and IMPORTED granites.  

  1. Why are your prices so low?

    We simply provide a better service & product. The memorial business is a very old industry. By using the latest technology and purchasing granite in bulk, combined without needing to pay for a local storefront, we are able to pass on tremendous savings to you.   2. Do you offer photos for my headstone?

     Unlike most companies, we offer FREE LASER ENGRAVED PHOTOS on all black granite                     headstones. Many other companies charge $150 per photo. With us you save a lot of money!

     Other headstones colors, we offer porcelain photos for an additional cost. Please keep in mind           that the final result of of your photo is dependent on the quality of the image you provided.                 Ideally, a 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch) photo is best. Blurry photos, photocopies or screenshots are not         ideal and may affect the final photo, resulting in a loss of quality.  

3.  Are you able to help coordinate delivery & installation with my cemetery? 
    We have expert staff to handle any questions that may arise with your headstone order and to the       cemetery. While we do not sell installation services,(EXCEPT FOR IN NC & SC ONLY) we are             happy to help you coordinate an installer, be it the cemetery or another local installer. We work           with cemeteries in all 50 states and cities both large and small.
